Spinach and Kale Greek Yogurt Dip

Ready to transform into a delicious dip

This deliciously flavorful Greek Yogurt Dip makes use of some of the season’s best produce – kale, spinach, and carrots. Serve alongside chips, break, crackers or vegetables. Serves 4-8 as an appetizer. 20 minutes for preparation.

  • 16 ounces Wallaby Organic Greek Nonfat, lowfat, or whole milk yogurt (plain)
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup finely chipped kale
  • 1 cup finely chopped spinach
  • 3 thin green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped red pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped carrot
  • 2 garlic coves, finely minded and pressed
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well to combine. This dip is extra flavorful after it is refrigerated for a few hours. Taste and season more if desired.
