2-2/3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
14-oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups mini marshmallows
Line an 8″ square pan with nonstick foil. Cook chocolate chips and condensed milk in a heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
Cool 2 minutes, then stir in vanilla and mini marshmallows.
Pour into pan and chill for 3 hours, or until firm.
Invert pan, peel off foil and cut into 1″ squares.
