Berry, Banana & Oatmeal Smoothie

Start your day off on a tasty — and healthy – note with this delicious and filling smoothie. Use whichever type of berries you have in your kitchen — strawberry, blueberry or raspberry!

  • 1 cup coconut milk (or other milk)
  • 3/4 to 1 cup of small berries; 5-10 strawberries
  • 1 large frozen banana, cut in half
  • 3/4 cup of oats
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp honey

Place all ingredients into blender in order listed, blend until smooth. Add water or more milk as needed for consistency.
