Crispy Prosciutto Cups filled with Pear

A quick and easy appetizer for any occasion.

A quick and simple appetizer to make that will surely ‘WOW’ your guests. But, don’t wait until you invite someone over, it is just as delicious as a snack on a weekend night at home.

  • 3-ounces of thinly sliced prosciutto
  • 1 – 2 Bartlett pears (ripe), diced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Cut prosciutto into 2-inch squares. Place one square in cup of cupcake tin. Be careful to overlap any tears.

Bake until fat is golden, about 15 minutes.

While baking, prepare pears and combine pear with lemon juice.

Remove prosciutto from oven and immediately transfer to a paper towel to drain.

Place ½-tsp of pear in each prosciutto cup and serve.

Makes approximately 24
