Pork Ribs Dry Rub

Enjoyed indoors or out, a rib dinner is always a family favorite here in our household. This dry rub is easy to make, and whether it is ribs on the grill or in the oven, this recipe is low maintenance — which always makes me happy.  Serve with corn on the cob, when in season, or whip up a bean salad for a delicious Sunday dinner.

Serves 4

  • 4 racks ribs
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp fresh black pepper
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 3 tsp brown sugar

Preheat oven or grill to 325°F

Cut ribs into 3 or 4 rib pieces

Mix ingredients and rub on ribs

Seal ribs in foil with a Tbsp water in each package, and back for 2 hours on a cookie sheet.
